Dunlap & Associates, P.C. and Seitz, Leatherman & Kolb (SLK), LLC Announce Merger
Chalfont, Pennsylvania (November 19, 2018) – Two local accounting firms that have been serving the community individually for 20 years, are coming together to establish a united firm that enhances its focus on exceptional client service and adds strength and depth to its existing service team.
Dunlap & Associates, P.C. (Chalfont) and Seitz, Leatherman & Kolb (SLK), LLC (Montgomeryville) will join forces effective January 2, 2019, under the name DunlapSLK. The new, unified firm will provide clients with access to increased levels of service and expertise.
According to Dennis Dunlap, Dunlap & Associates’ shareholder and managing director, “We enter this merger as two long-standing, strong and well-established firms. As we come together, we are combining our talents and expertise to add more depth to our client service team.”

The merged firm will be located at 1300 Horizon Drive in Chalfont, which is currently being renovated to accommodate the growth. The renovations are expected to be complete sometime in late 2018.
