Clint is a graduate of Bloomsburg University where he earned both a Master of Accounting Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

A Certified Public Accountant, Clint is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Honor Society.
