Dan Cellucci is a manager with DunlapSLK’s tax services team, where he facilitates and manages the accurate and timely preparation and review of corporate, partnership and individual federal, state and local tax returns for privately held and family-owned business clients. Dan develops tax strategies to help clients maintain compliance with local, state and federal tax laws and regulations and conducts tax research for compliance issues and tax planning. Additionally, he monitors legislative and regulatory tax law developments and communicates the effects of these developments to the tax services team, and assists with training and development of the staff in matters of taxation.
Education
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Richmond. He has over 15 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
