Over the past weekend the U.S. Treasury along with SBA issued the long-awaited Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Application which can be found here. This application is subject to change and many unanswered questions remain.
We anticipate additional guidance in the form of FAQs to be coming by the end of this week. We will issue a more in-depth analysis of the application itself and the forgiveness calculation tools next week.

Stay Alert: Scammers Exploiting COVID-19 Crisis
Scammers are exploiting our COVID-19 fears with fake phone calls, texts and emails covering everything from virus contact warnings, vaccinations, and test kits to stimulus checks, PPP loans and donations. They are also spoofing CDC and WHO websites.
Correspondence that sounds urgent and preys on your fears is most likely a scam. Stay vigilant and be sure to confirm legitimacy of suspect emails.
